After visiting Hubble Trading Post we traveled on to Bluff, UT and checked into the Cottonwood RV Park for 2 nights. Our friends, Sandy and Steve, joined us there. After a good nights sleep the four of us headed out for a day of sightseeing.
The first photo stop was Mexican Hat, a phenomenal rock formation. What is holding that rock up there, anyway!!!!
On to Goosenecks and Natural Bridges…………..
Along the way we saw this rental RV…….strange name!!!
Also had to dodge some of the local “wildlife”!!
Finally we got up to Goosenecks SP……….and the overlook.
Leaving Goosenecks we headed for Mokee Dugway!! It has to be experienced to be enjoyed…………it is as the signs says 8 miles of narrow, gravel road, twisting and turning all the way to the top!!!!
We started out on the valley floor…….
and twisted our way to the top!!!
Yes, that is an RV down there on the road!!!
Then it was on to the Natural Bridges.
We were being watched…………..!!!!
“How bridges and arches differ: Natural bridges are formed by the erosive action of moving water. Arches are formed by erosional forces, mainly frost action and seeping moisture. Those same forces also work to enlarge natural bridges once stream erosion forms them.”
After a long day in the car we headed back to the campground and dinner, and to rest up for another day of sightseeing again in the morning!!!!

We pulled a 19ft fifth wheel up that zig zag with a little Dakota pickup.
some of our favorite memories were in that fifth wheel. You kids take care
