Last week in Livingston, MT we met up with our friends from Clarkston, WA. for a 2 day visit. Kim, Donna (Kim’s Mom), and Rossco (Kim’s nephew) made a one day tour of Yellowstone National Park with us.
The day was beautiful and warm so we headed into the park at Gardiner, MT.
There was so much to see that it is hard to choose what pictures to include ……… but here area few……………
Within a couple of miles we saw some of the most beautiful scenery ever, and buffalos (bison) everywhere we looked.
Some were just walking down the road along side the cars.
Some were napping with their babies.
Steam and vents along the way.
Trying to ignore the smell of sulphur!
Me shooting you, shooting me!!!!
Old Faithful spouting off again….!!
My old faithful in front of Old Faithful.
Very deep canyon……….gorgeous!!
We saw buffalo and elk everywhere as well as other small animals, such as this marmet.
This is not the first time we had visited Yellowstone, but each time through we see something different. It is a great American treasure not to be missed.
Just us kids and friends playing tourist………!
