Animal Buddies

I always hang a bird feeder where ever we are at the time to see the different birds it attracts. However, so far all it has attracted is a very persistent squirrel!!!

This series of shots was over at 3 day period when he finally figured out how to get the seeds out of the feeder.

He spent several days just looking up at the feeder, plotting his moves……………….

  …then he moved up into the tree to survey the situation.

 

Ah ha!!!! I’ll just hang upside down from the branch and steal the seeds and drop a few on the ground for easier dining!!!

                  

Here are a couple of the many, many  Canada geese along the banks of the Snake River……………..

…….and a barn swallow.

 

 

Remember the baby owls from a couple of posts ago?

Bill climbed up into the hay loft to get more pix of them. They are flying around in the loft but have not ventured outside yet.

         

 

Mama kept a very close eye on Bill…………

 

……..then flew to the window for a closer look at him.

That’s when Bill decided he had enough pix for now!!!!!
